若林酒造是位於島根縣大田市溫泉津町的小型酒造,創業於1907年,該町自中世至近代以運輸石見銀山白銀的港口而繁榮。釀造用水使用從4公里外山中湧出的岩清水,酒米主要採購自縣內契約農家的山田錦及縣內適合釀酒的品種。近年來全面轉型為純米酒酒造,並率先在島根縣復興停用已久的「生酛」釀造法,同時也生產木桶酒與發泡清酒等多樣產品。
