純米 出世城 家康くん

🍶
Description

Junmai Shussejo Ieyasukun is a junmai sake from Hamamatsu Shuzo in Shizuoka, named after Tokugawa Ieyasu, who spent his formative years at Hamamatsu Castle before becoming Japan's first Edo shogun. The brewery, established in 1871, produces this all-rice sake using Shizuoka yeast and locally sourced rice. It represents an approachable expression of the Shizuoka junmai style, known for its clean acidity and subtle ginjo-influenced softness.
