Polished the sake rice from Shimane Prefecture with self -polished rice. We made koji firmly, fermented cheerfully, and brought out the unique flavor of this sake rice. It is a product that is squeezed slowly in a wooden tank and is bottled with unfiltered rawhara sake. Since it is a live sake, please keep it in the refrigerator.
