Description
"The Mai no Mai" was born as a new sake rice in Shimane in the first year of Law. It is a raw sake of Junmai Ginjo Sake carefully prepared with this sake rice. The characteristic of rice is the type that is likely to come between the improvement Yu -cho and the Saka Nishiki, when expressed with sake brewed on Asahi. There is also a fluffy flavor swelling, but also tightly tightened. The color of the label is a shallow scarlet base
