常きげん KISS of FIRE

🍶
Description

Jokigen Kiss Of Fire is a junmai daiginjo from Kano Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture, part of a boldly named series that contrasts with the brewery's more classically styled offerings. As a junmai daiginjo, the rice is polished to 50% or below and no distilled alcohol is added, producing a highly refined, aromatic sake from Ishikawa's celebrated ginjo brewing tradition.
