Hakushika Kaon is a Nada-brewed sake from Tatsuuma-Honke, produced at the modern Rokkou Kura facility in Nishinomiya, Hyogo. All Hakushika products are brewed exclusively with Miyamizu, the naturally mineral-rich water of Nishinomiya, which drives vigorous fermentation and the clean, bright sake character the brand is known for.
