Junmai brewed with Oyamanishiki rice and drawn from the Nagara River basin, this 2016-vintage bottling from the Darumamasamune lineup is a pocket-aged koshu designed to be carried and sipped over time. The brewery, based in Gifu and known for its long commitment to aged sake since 1971, produces this as part of a series celebrating unhurried maturation.
