千鳥正宗 Sofuto

Chidorimasamune Sofuto is a table-grade sake from Okamura Shuzojo, the sole remaining brewery in Sanda, Hyogo. The brand name traces to the Taisho era, when a previous owner renamed it after the auspicious plover bird to reflect the sake's light, easy-drinking style.
