'Bunkajin' means 'literary beauty,' named after a remarkable woman of grace and talent who inspired the brewery's founding family. This Junmai Ginjo from Arisawa in Kami City, Kochi achieves a bright acidity and juicy character uncommon among the typically dry sakes of the Kochi tradition, fermented slowly at low temperatures.
