主題為「一田一粒」。從一粒之田,釀造一款一品。自2019年起,會津娘推出「只用一粒之田收穫的米釀造的純米吟釀」。釀酒的核心在於按季節耕作田地,以限定會津娘「穰」的形式貯藏。特產米田:東西通風良好,日照充足。雖略為早熟,但培育出結實美觀、光澤亮麗的「五百萬石」。特別栽培米(※):將農藥和化學肥料控制在傳統農法一半以下的栽培方式。
