Description

普通的日本酒以米為原料、用水釀製,而貴釀酒則以日本酒代替釀造用水進行釀製。僅以日本酒釀造,就能賦予酒體極為突出的醇厚感與酸味,因此也非常適合作為餐前酒、餐後酒享用。木戶泉酒造的貴釀酒更具個性,釀造所用的酒正是純米Afs。與普通酒相比,以甜味和酸味更為突出的Afs釀製,使甜味與酸味的層次更加深邃。
