Description

Abukuma Daiginjo is the prestige expression from Genyou Honten in Fukushima Prefecture, named for the Abukuma Highland, the ancient plateau that defines the eastern backbone of Fukushima. Cold mountain water drawn from the Abukuma range produces a clean, refined daiginjo with the mineral precision characteristic of Tohoku highland terroir.
