了解

1899年創業於旭川的地方酒藏，坐擁大雪山嚴峻氣候與豐富水資源，旭川素有「北海之灘」的美譽。使用原料米中超過90%為北海道產的「吟風」「彗星」「北雫」等品種，以北海道大米釀造的清酒深獲好評。1975年誕生的辛口清酒「國士無雙」，承載著「世間無二、流傳後世」的心願，是高砂酒造的代表品牌。近年來更導入利用雪國自然環境的「雪藏法」儲存方式，並將每年約50噸的酒糟有效利用於產品開發，持續打造只屬於旭川的地酒。

沿革

  1. 1899Founder Tetsusaburo Kohiyama establishes Kohiyama Sake Brewing Store in Asahikawa, the fourth brewery in the city.
  2. 1909The Takasago Meiji Sakagura brewery building is completed.
  3. 1926"Asahi Takasago" wins Hokkaido's first first-place prize at the National Sake Competition.
  4. 1965Merger with Ishizaki Shuzo Co., Ltd.; the company is renamed Takasago Shuzo Co., Ltd.
  5. 1975Production begins on the flagship dry sake brand "Kokushimuso."
  6. 2005Nihon Seishu Co., Ltd. provides support and the brewery continues as its subsidiary.
  7. 2007Civil rehabilitation proceedings are concluded.
  8. 2017The premium brand "Asahikamui" is launched.
