三洋盃酒造位於兵庫縣宍粟市山崎町，這裡曾是舊時城下町，高瀨舟往來運輸米材，酒造於1837年（江戶時代）創業，距今約180年。酒藏以追求與料理相得益彰的酒質為宗旨，香氣內斂，口感柔順，餘韻乾淨俐落。原料使用最高品質的山田錦米及兵庫縣最高峰的地下軟水，採用但馬杜氏的傳統技法，嚴格管控浸水及醪母發酵工序，並在「明神礦山」遺址進行長期熟成。

沿革

1837Founder Keiichiro Tsubosaka purchased the Nukaya Denshichi residence and founded the sake brewing business.
1887A brewing hall (kura) was constructed (later destroyed by fire in 2018).
1914The brewing hall was expanded (later destroyed by fire in 2018).
1933A new brewing hall was constructed.
1979The business was reorganized as a joint-stock company and renamed Sanyohai Shuzo Co., Ltd.
1993The brewery began aging sake in a converted storage cellar inside the former Akenobe mine tunnels, under the brand name Meijukura.
1998Koichiro Tsubosaka, the 6th-generation brewery owner, became president.
2018The wooden brewing halls dating from the Meiji and Taisho eras were destroyed by fire.
