三洋盃酒造位於兵庫縣宍粟市山崎町，這裡曾是舊時城下町，高瀨舟往來運輸米材，酒造於1837年（江戶時代）創業，距今約180年。酒藏以追求與料理相得益彰的酒質為宗旨，香氣內斂，口感柔順，餘韻乾淨俐落。原料使用最高品質的山田錦米及兵庫縣最高峰的地下軟水，採用但馬杜氏的傳統技法，嚴格管控浸水及醪母發酵工序，並在「明神礦山」遺址進行長期熟成。

1837
Founder Keiichiro Tsubosaka purchased the Nukaya Denshichi residence and founded the sake brewing business.
1887
A brewing hall (kura) was constructed (later destroyed by fire in 2018).
1914
The brewing hall was expanded (later destroyed by fire in 2018).
1933
A new brewing hall was constructed.
1979
The business was reorganized as a joint-stock company and renamed Sanyohai Shuzo Co., Ltd.
1993
The brewery began aging sake in a converted storage cellar inside the former Akenobe mine tunnels, under the brand name Meijukura.
1998
Koichiro Tsubosaka, the 6th-generation brewery owner, became president.
2018
The wooden brewing halls dating from the Meiji and Taisho eras were destroyed by fire.
