沿革
- 1841In March 1841 (Tenpo 12), founder Denbei Imai branched off from the Zenbei Imai family and started the business, initially as a raw silk and pawnshop merchant before beginning sake brewing.
- 2006Began brewing sake using contract-grown Hitomebore rice from local farmers.
- 2019Began brewing sake using contract-grown Gohyakumangoku rice grown with farmers in Kitatachibana, Shibukawa.
