Akabu Shuzo was founded in Meiji 29 (1896).
2013
The brewery relocated to Morioka in 2013. At that time the team was made up entirely of inexperienced brewers, who have since built their sake-making skills from scratch through hands-on experience and study, now practicing uncompromising, ever-evolving brewing.
