Nakagawa Shuzo, founded in 1828 in Tottori Prefecture, became a pioneer of rice revival when it helped restore Kyoryoku, a near-extinct Tottori brewing rice, and launched the Inabazuru Kyoryoku line in 1990. The Inabazuru brand — named for the ancient Inaba Province — centers on this recovered local grain, making true local sake the defining mission of every bottle.
