요네츠루 슈조 주식회사

야마가타현
겐로쿠 연간(1700년경)에 창업하였으며, 1916년판 야마가타 주조 백과에는 지역 주조업을 선도한 곳으로 기록되어 있다. 지역에서 고품질 주조용 쌀을 재배해 원료로 사용하고 있으며, 1983년에는 지역 농가와 협력하여 다카하타마치 주조용 쌀 연구회를 발족했다. 지역 쌀 재배지의 약 절반이 주조용 쌀 생산에 할당될 정도로 산지와의 연계를 중시하며, 상쾌하고 깊은 맛의 '식사와 어울리는 술'을 정성껏 빚고 있다.
