A junmai ginjo brewed from Sawanohana rice polished to 55%, grown in Nagai, Yamagata, and crafted in the small hand-made digs of Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura. The name means revival, reflecting the brewery's resettlement after its Fukushima predecessor was destroyed in 2011; the sake delivers a clean, light sweetness with refreshing fruitiness and a crisp finish.
