Junmai brewed from Hitogokochi, Nagano's signature local sake rice, at a brewery founded in 1887 in Ueda along the historic Hokkoku Kaido highway. Hitogokochi contributes a rounded, soft mouthfeel with isoamyl acetate-driven fruity sweetness, supported by a gentle acidity that keeps the finish clean and juicy.
