Uyofukutsuru is a futsushu (table sake) from Shindo Sake Brewery in Yonezawa, Yamagata, produced under one of the brewery's older secondary labels. It represents the accessible, everyday tier of production from a kura better known for its premium Gasanryu and Kurozaemon ranges.
