Gekka is a junmai daiginjo within the Ura Gasanryu limited series from Yonezawa, Yamagata, brewed with creative latitude outside the Dewa Sansan-focused main label. Using low-temperature fermentation and Azuma mountain spring water, it delivers the refined, elegant style characteristic of the Gasanryu house.
