Tomio Ginrei is a junmai daiginjo from Kitagawahonke, with Ginrei meaning silver peak, evoking the elevated standards of daiginjo craftsmanship at the summit of the brewing hierarchy. Produced in Fushimi with no added alcohol and rice polished to at least 50 percent, it presents the characteristic purity, fragrance, and delicacy of top-tier Kyoto sake.
