Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% is the foundation of this daiginjo from Suminoe Shuzo in Osaka's Hannan City. Founded in the Edo period, the kura uses underground water from the Izumi mountain range, and this daiginjo received a silver medal at the International Wine Challenge in London.
