Produced at Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori, this junmai is made with rice grown at Tanaka Farm, a partner farm since 2003 that practices chemical-fertilizer-free cultivation using fully matured compost. The farm's approach to soil health is reflected in the brewery's philosophy of traceable, terroir-driven sake.
