A koshu junmai ginjo from Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori, with a 1994 brewing year. Extended aging has developed a deep golden color, layered umami, a cocoa-tinged bitterness, and a sweetness likened to a mellowed shaoxing wine.
