브랜드명 '스이류(水龍)'의 유래는 창업자가 봄 우물에서 용이 솟아오르는 꿈을 꾼 것에서 비롯되었습니다. 4대째 나카노 교지로 대표는 어릴 때부터 양조와 마주하며, '혼자 힘으로 만드는 양조장'이라는 모토 아래 독창적인 사케를 빚어왔습니다. 창고 내 다섯 곳의 우물을 매년 검사하여 가장 적합한 우물을 선정해 사용하며, 그 물은 섬세하고 부드러운 풍미를 만들어내는 '초연수'입니다.
