Junmai Daiginjo from Sugihara Shuzo in Gifu, crafted in vanishingly small quantities at one of Japan's most diminutive breweries. The Suginoi lineup is built on a house style of dense, layered sweetness and vivid aroma using the brewery's proprietary Ibi no Homare sake rice.
