Shussejo Junmai Ginjo Homarefuji Naotora-chan is a Shizuoka-rice junmai ginjo from Hamamatsu Shuzo featuring a label inspired by the historical female daimyo Ii Naotora, who became the subject of a popular NHK taiga drama set in Hamamatsu. The sake uses Homarefuji, Shizuoka Prefecture's own brewing rice variety, fermented with native Shizuoka yeast at the Tenjingura brewery established in 1871. The regional rice and yeast combination yields the clean, softly fruity profile associated with Shizuoka ginjo.
