Shussejo Tokubetsu Junmai Hatsushibori is the first-press seasonal release in the Shussejo tokubetsu junmai range from Hamamatsu Shuzo in Shizuoka. Hatsushibori sake is drawn from the first pressing of the winter brew cycle, capturing the brightest, freshest expression of that year's ferment. The brewery uses Homarefuji rice and Shizuoka yeast at its Tenjingura facility founded in 1871, bringing a clean, lively character to this limited seasonal bottling.
