A junmai ginjo from the Shikun line, brewed with locally grown Tamaei rice milled to 55%, with a sake meter value of +7.0 and acidity of 2.2. The palate is dry and sharp, with moderate ginjo aroma, firm umami, and a quick, clean finish. Produced in limited quantities by hand at a historic Kurayoshi, Tottori brewery.
