A junmai from the Shikun line, brewed at a small Kurayoshi, Tottori brewery using locally grown Tamaei rice. The house style is consistently dry with a sake meter value above +10, expressing a firm, rustic umami and crisp finish. Small-batch production keeps each bottling as a handcrafted expression of the brewery's Tottori terroir.
