Sambaseki Joto Honjozo is a superior honjozo from Tajima Shuzoten in Gunma, drawing on the brewery's long history in the Joto (superior-grade) sake tradition. Gunma's clean inland water resources and cool mountain climate support the brewery's everyday honjozo style.
