A daiginjo under the Oyaji no Kogoto label from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, using Yamada Nishiki polished to 35%. The brand name, meaning 'father's nagging,' is drawn from a Buddhist priest's life lessons written for his family in the early Showa period at Daishoji Temple in Namie. At 35% polishing, Yamada Nishiki produces a refined, transparent daiginjo with elegant fruit-like ginjo aromatics.
