Morohaku Uokichi is a honjozo from Nishida Shuzo in Nara, a brewery whose flagship Morohaku label references the ancient Nara brewing tradition in which temple craftsmen used fully polished white rice for both koji and kake preparations. Honjozo allows a small portion of brewer's alcohol for a lighter, sharper finish.
