Maboroshinotaki Ginjonamachozoshu is a nama-chozoshu (once-pasteurized storage) ginjo from Mikunihare Shuzo in Toyama. Cold-stored while retaining vibrant freshness, this sake offers the best of both worlds—the lively aromatics of namazake with the added stability and mellowed depth from careful aging. Beautifully balanced and fragrant.
