Maboroshinotaki Okuhikyou is a Daiginjo from Mikunihare Shuzo in Kurobe, Toyama, a brewery celebrated for its Ministry of the Environment-recognized spring water. Highly polished and elegantly aromatic, it expresses delicate fruit and floral notes with a refined, silky texture and a long, clean finish.

창업 당시 '이와세 주조장'이라는 사명이었으나, 쇼와 시대에 '삼국(일본)은 맑다'는 의미를 담아 '미쿠니 주조장'으로 개칭했습니다. 가장 큰 특징은 '물'로, 양조장 내에서 솟아나는 용천수는 '일본 명수'로 선정되어 있으며, 구로베강 용천수 계통의 경수와 연수 두 가지를 양조의 모든 공정에 활용하고 있습니다.
