Koshinotsuru Kanzukuri Murokagenshu is a winter-brewed, unfiltered undiluted junmai from Koshimeijo using Koshitanrei polished to 60%, bottled without charcoal filtration to preserve its raw concentration and depth. The murokagenshu process locks in the bold, direct rice flavor and natural texture of cold-season brewing.
