Brewed with 100% Niigata prefecture-grown rice and soft snowmelt water from Mount Yoneyama, it delivers a fruity, fresh aroma with a soft mouthfeel and clean, dry finish. This Wine Glass Delicious Sake Award winner is released in limited quantities to preserve its lively, freshly pressed character.
