A yuzu liqueur from this Shiga brewery, pairing the bright, aromatic citrus character of yuzu with sake produced from 100% Omi rice. Founded in 1872 in the Ishibeshi area of Konan, the brewery uses soft spring water from the Suzuka mountain foothills as the base for its fruit-infused lineup.
