
Matsuezukushi is crafted entirely from Yamada Nishiki grown by dedicated local farmers in Matsue and polished to 55%, paired with Matsue-sourced water, a Matsue-born toji, and label calligraphy by Koizumi Bon, a descendant of Lafcadio Hearn. Soft ginjo aroma leads into a clean, firm umami with a refreshing finish, designed as a food-friendly junmai ginjo.
