A junmai daiginjo from the Kitanoissei label, brewed with 100% Hokkaido-grown sake rice Suisei drawn from a well approximately 70 meters deep and fermented slowly at low temperature. The result shows a citrus-tinged ginjo aroma and rounded rice umami that expresses Hokkaido's natural brewing environment.
