Okanbin (おかんびん), meaning warm-sake bottle, is a Honjozo from Chikumanishiki Shuzo designed to excel when gently heated. Founded in 1681 in Nagano's Saku basin at 700-meter elevation, the brewery uses Miyama Nishiki polished to 65%, crafting a traditional honjozo with clean grain character that suits warm consumption.
