The Yoshidayajisuke Tokubetsu Honjozo honors the brewery's founding family name, producing an elevated honjozo with Miyama Nishiki polished to 60% at Chikumanishiki Shuzo's 700-meter Nagano highland site. Drawing on mineral-rich alpine well water from the Yatsugatake range, it delivers clean grain character and the light added-alcohol lift typical of premium honjozo brewing.
