A honjozo from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, made with Yamagata rice polished to 65%. The Issho Koufuku brand originated at the predecessor Toyo Sake Brewery founded in 1931, and was revived when Suzuki Shuzoten relocated to Nagai City after the 2011 earthquake destroyed the original coastal brewery.
