전국 시대 천문 17년에 창업한 요시노가와는 현내에서 가장 오래된 긴조조(吟醸蔵)입니다. 에치고의 호랑이로 불리는 우에스기 겐신의 보호 아래 470년간 에치고의 명주를 빚어왔습니다. 그 470년은 변화에 대한 도전의 역사이자, 변하지 않는 것을 지켜온 도전의 역사입니다.
