요시노가와
1548년에 창업한 요시노가와는 니가타현에서 가장 오래된 양조장으로, 우에스기 겐신이 이 지역을 지배했던 전국시대까지 역사가 거슬러 올라갑니다. 나가오카 동부 산악 지대의 눈 녹은 물과 시나노강이 지하 깊은 곳에서 만나 형성된 지하수를 사용하며, 양조사들은 여름에 농부로서 직접 주조용 쌀을 재배한 뒤 겨울이 되면 그 쌀로 청주를 빚습니다.
