Hibabijin Honjozo is produced by Hibabijin Shuzo in Shobara, Hiroshima prefecture, named after the scenic Hiba mountain area in the Chugoku highlands. As a honjozo, a measured addition of distilled alcohol brightens the aroma and refines the finish, producing a clean, versatile sake suitable for both warm and chilled serving.
