Hibabijin Junmai Ginjo is a pure rice ginjo from Hibabijin Shuzo in Shobara, Hiroshima, crafted without added alcohol and polished to at least 60% to develop its delicate fruity aroma. The highland spring water of the Hiba mountain area, known for its exceptional softness, contributes to the smooth texture and clean finish characteristic of Hiroshima sake.
