Ginjoreiyoshu Kazenobon is a celebratory ginjo from Fukutsuru Shuzo in Yatsuo, Toyama, crafted from Yamada Nishiki for formal commemorative occasions. Founded in 1848 at the foot of the Tateyama range, the brewery uses clear mountain water to produce a refined, gentle ginjo suitable for special gatherings.
